Chapter Recruitment

Recruitment might seem nerve-racking and scary, but it doesn't have to be! Here at Tri Delta, we want to meet the real, true, authentic YOU. We care about making recruitment a comfortable and open space where you feel free to share your interests, experiences, and genuine personality with our sisters. Since it's a long week, make sure to stay hydrated, bring snacks, and get your rest in between days! Your recruitment counselors will be there to guide you along the way and help with any questions or concerns you have. And most of all, while making a final decision during recruitment is definitely exciting- and at times, difficult- here at Tri Delta we encourage you to keep your own best interest at heart and go where you truly feel the happiest and most at home!
